Make the Most of Every Minute.
In two Scrummit Summit training sessions, your work group commits to delivering business value on deadline. During the first 90-minute session, you and your work group will:
|
-
Identify who is in the work group — whether that consists of a large group, small group, or only you.
-
Define common outcomes for internal or external customers.
-
Capture outstanding deliverables for the work group.
-
Identify a Scrummage, or time period, in which to complete major project goals.
-
Learn to integrate Scrummit methods in your work environment, including:
-
Daily 15-minute Scrummit meetings — the stand-up meeting to celebrate yesterday’s accomplishments, address the CWIP for the day and identify roadblocks to incomplete tasks.
-
CWIP or Committed Work In Progress — the things that need done for the Scrummage period, broken down in to daily commitments.
-
SLOG or Scrummit backlog — the trusted repository for tasks not yet at the top of the priority list, but still required to accomplish the totality of the work.

A follow-up Scrummit Summit allows you to discuss how the Scrummit process is working for you. We help you address any issues and make the necessary adjustments.
